Returns Policy

1. Faulty or Damaged Goods:
We understand that sometimes unforeseen issues can arise with products. In the unfortunate event that you receive furniture that is faulty or damaged, rest assured that we’ve got you covered. Our commitment to your satisfaction means that we will happily replace or repair any faulty or damaged items at no additional cost to you.

2. Unwanted Returns:
If you decide that an item you’ve ordered isn’t quite what you envisioned, we understand. You have the option to return unwanted goods, but please note that return expenses will be incurred by you. Items must be returned to their original warehouse. We kindly ask for your understanding on this matter, as it helps us keep our prices competitive while offering high-quality products. If you need any further information about an item prior to purchasing, get in touch with our knowledgable and friendly team who will give you as much information as you require.

3. Pre-Delivery Inspection:
Your satisfaction begins the moment your furniture arrives. We strongly encourage you to inspect both the goods and their packaging for any signs of damage before signing for the delivery. If you notice any issues, please make a note on the delivery receipt or refuse the delivery altogether. This proactive step will greatly assist us in expediting any necessary replacements or refunds.

4. Unwanted Item(s) Return Process:
Should you need to return an item, please follow these steps:

a. Contact Us: Get in touch with our friendly customer support team within 14 days of receiving the item. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for return.

b. Return Authorization: Our team will guide you through the necessary return authorization process and provide you with the required details for returning the item.

c. Packaging: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring it is well protected to prevent any damage during transit.

d. Repackaging and Restocking Fees: Please be advised that, in instances where items are returned with missing or damaged packaging, we reserve the right to impose repackaging and restocking fees of up to 25% of the item’s value. This measure helps maintain the quality of our offerings and covers the cost of restoring the item to a condition suitable for resale. This will be wavered on items returned in an as new condition with complete and undamaged packaging.

e. Shipping: Arrange the return shipment using a reputable courier or postal service. Please ensure the item is appropriately insured and tracked, as we cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return transit.

f. Refund or Replacement: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or replacement promptly, according to your preference.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept returns on used, assembled or damaged furniture.

5. Damaged / Defective Goods Process:

a. Inspect all items thoroughly on arrival. Do not accept any damaged or faulty items. If you discover damage after signing please contact us and report the damages within 48hours of delivery & any factory defects within 14 days of delivery.

b. Get in touch with our friendly customer support team immediately. Include a full description of the damages or defects, plus images to support your claim. Our best point of contact is info@clonedclassics.com

c. We will replace any damages parts or items. A free collection or postal drop off will be arranged as per your preference and schedule.

d. Repackage the goods as well as possible, with the provided prepaid shipping label/QR code.

e. Return the goods via the arranged method of return.

f. A replacement part / item will be promptly processed upon delivery & inspection of your damaged/defective item(s).

6. Made to Order / Custom Orders
Due to the nature of one-off custom orders, we cannot offer regret / unwanted / change of mind returns or cancellations on any custom / made to order items. Our team is ready to work with you pre-purchase to ensure you build your perfect piece.
